Strengthening a Restorative Just and Learning Culture

Creating psychological safety is foundational for Zero
Suicide Healthcare. In this program four online modules will provide leaders
with the basic principles of a restorative, just and learning culture. The online program can then be followed up with
a workshop to support the strengthening of RJLC within the organisation and
further coaching to support its implementation.
Duration: 1 Hour per Module Location: Australia Wide
