Motivational Interviewing is an Australian program that teaches an organised way of helping clients who are reluctant to make changes to improve their health. The workshop focuses on how to engage in a conversation about change, assisting people who are struggling to identify or make changes, and helping clients develop a constructive plan for change. It also teaches how to respectfully respond to client resistance to change.
