This 14-18 hour course teaches adults how to assist an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander young person who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, including suicidal thoughts and behaviours. The course is only delivered by Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people trained and accredited by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
