This free online Minds Together program has been specifically developed for family, friends and carers supporting someone experiencing suicidal distress or following a suicide attempt. The program offers practical tools, information, and strategies to help family, friends and carers in their supportive roles. It covers topics such as the impacts of providing support, discussing suicide, addressing stigma, navigating complex feelings, and exploring various ways for family, friends and carers to take care of themselves.
The program is available to family, friends and carers residing in NSW and the ACT.
